Default fuel pump

I'm do not have fuel pump signal from control module ( a1 ) I have power c16 to module.

There is three white wires on diver side under the a/c compressor, one wire with plug ( male ) what is the terminal for?

there are 2 plugs behind the ac comp, the 2 white wire with a green terminal end is for a tach lead. The other brown wire is a test lead for the fuel pump. What exactly is going on?
