11.3@123mph on 195/75/14" whitewalls. Yes, 195s!
11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance.

OK,unpluged the cam sensor after starting car, ran it hard for about 6 seconds and found no difference. Also tried to burn rubber out of the hole and no luck
was at 12 psi out of the hole.Normally with these tire all i need is about 3&4 psi and im smoking the tires real bad out of the hole

Good rule of thumb : The wires on the cam sensor cap should be facing toward the drivers side fender. If its facing the other way its 180 out
Check to see if your coolant temp sensor is plugged in (infront of the intake manifold) as well

From what you have given us for Info.
R&R cam sensor & MAF
Car seems to be boosting higher but is doggish.
Did you drive the car with the cam sensor unplugged ? It sounds like you garage tested it but didnt put it in the street.
The higher boost level would send me looking for bad vac lines/leak. It would be alot worse than 21psi
A shot in the dark here.... Maybe inspect the turbo check for excessive play or a banged up wheel
