Default Track times 2-23-08

Jack here is a E-Mail to Dick Walker at Ok Buicks.com about "OUR" Turbo T.

Dick just wanted to share my time slip from Centerville Dragway Saturday. This is the first chance I have had to see how well my car was doing after getting it from Jack Cotton. I have to say I was really pleased with the car's performance. I knew it was strong but I was surprised with the time slip. I got 2 runs and here is the best one.

.3833--------------------reaction
1.4640--------------------60 FT
4.3214-------------------330 FT
6.7501------------------1/8 ET
102.62-------------------1/8 MPH
8.6881-----------------1000 ET
116.40-------------------1000 MPH

The weather was good as temp was in the 50's and the track was in good shape for this time of year. This was with a 50-50 mix of 93 and 110 octane and a twin nozzle alky kit and 24lbs of boost. Thanks to Cotton and Bryan who worked hard to give me the car I asked for. James Kiddy Hi Tec6

Default New Best

Only got in one pass at BG thanks to all the rain and it was only a 1/8 mile pass. Jack had made a few changes to the tune on the street and car went 6.55 @ 103.95. This was a 1.492 60ft. off the foot brake. I had Mr. Cotton as the shoe and he made a great pass. Thanks again Jack for a great DD. James Kiddy
