Thinking of a Hogans sheet metal intake?Think again!Take a look...
Heres some pics of a Conleys sheet metal intake(on the left) sitting next to a Hogans sheet metal intake(on the right)
According to what ive read about custom intakes,you want plenum volume to be roughly 1/2 of the engine size(example 3.8 liter engine=1.9 liter plenum volume),the longer the runners the better for tq,and you want the injector location to be a few inches away from the valve for atomization. Brian Keep it shiny side up, but show them your dirty side once in a while. 11.3@123mph on 195/75/14" whitewalls. Yes, 195s! 11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance. |

I was shocked when we set them side by side for the 1st time.I really thought Hogans were the "best" out there till I saw one in person,the welds and execution are VERY impressive but the design is not.
