Default Temperature problem, Help please

Hi Jack, I have a 87 GN and on 85 degrees and up days it is running about 206 degrees without A/C. It had a 185 degree themostat in it. I just bought a 160 themostat from you and i have installed dual electric fans and it is still getting up to 200 degrees but now it only go's that high on the highway. Street driving it will go to 185 to 190 degrees. Any idea on what i can do to get it cooler. What should these cars run at with a grill mount intercooller.

PS. It don't overheat or boil. It's just the scanmaster and gauge is showing high temp readings

My name is Eric and i hope to hear from you.
Thanks..
