Default to spool or not to spool

time to upgrade the rear. i am considering a spool but the car will still see some street duty. any and all input needed on this pressing matter. thanks greg

Honestly, if the car is going to see any real street miles, I would not go with a spool. They are cheaper to purchase, but are not intended to replace a posi differential. There is alot of parts stress, when the inside tire is turning the same speed as the outside when cornering.

I'm with Brian, unless you plan on BIG launches at the track, running mid 9's or faster, go with our 30 spline Eaton posi and axles...
