Are you getting fuel in the cylinders?
Are your plugs wet? Do you have an injector noid light? Is it flashing when cranking? Do you drink decaf? Do you have power to the injectors? Have you checked all of the fuses?

Well that's good. Especially on the decaf question. Just wanted to see if you would read them all.
If you are getting fuel to the cylinders, and you are getting spark, I would say that it should run, unless you are trying to start it in a vacuum or on a planet without oxygen. Soooooo, I would say maybe it is flooding out. I would unplug the fuel pump, change the plugs and crank it for a little while to see if it dries out. Then, make sure you are still getting spark, and the injectors are still firing, and plug the fuel pump back in. See what happens then. Does it do anything at all when you try to start it? Does it sputter or act like it is almost going to start? Oh, a couple more. Is this a factory ecm, or are you using a FAST unit or other aftermarket computer. The reason that I ask is, some time ago, one of the injector drivers in my FAST unit died. It held the injector open, and flooded out the engine. You could see the fuel coming out a crack in the header and it was dripping out of my downpipe where it connected to the straight pipe. I've never heard of a factory ecm doing this, but if you have a short to ground in one of your injector wires, it will hold the injector open. Check near the EGR valve for burn through. Also, you can unplug the injector harness and look for a short to ground there. Good Luck.
