Alternator voltage

Jack ,Hows the battle ? I put the alternator in the the other day . Tell me if this is correct ? With the car running the computer shows it is putting out 13.5 volts is this correct ? Thanks

I'm not Jack, but yeah that sounds right. It is called a 12volt system, because the battery is 12 volts, but the charging system usually puts out mid 13s, which is right where you are.
