Default Blow off valve

Jack
My name is Jason Rusch I bought a Turbonetics GTK850 from you and my I'm curious if I should get a blow off valve or not. Please anyone let me know what is best for our cars. Not very many I've seen are running one so I figure I'm ok. Please let me know.
Thanks

Hi Jason,

The BOV is optional, many of us don't use them, but I do sell quite a few. I don't see any issues not using them, but then some guys swear by them, depends on your driving habits I guess. If you decide you want one, I would recommend our Godzilla valve for your combo.
hope this helps, and thanks much for the business.

My pleasure. Thanks for putting up with my crazy ass questions! You guys are great and if anyone around here ever "figures it out" and start messing with these cars I will turn them on to you. Until then I will continue to destroy all their big blocks as if they were rice burners. On second thought... for my sake I hope they don't "figure it out!"

When you get the GTK-850 installed, post up what you think of it. What exhaust housing did you get? Turbo you had before? Thanks! I have one, haven't run it yet though.(vehicle at Jack's underconstruction)

I will. Hope to have car home first week of May. I have ATR piping Turbonetics wastegate boost control was stock turbo. Did paint, pipes, then intercooler first drove for a few years. Now decided I'm ready to go faster so I ,went all out this winter. I had a high mod GN when I lived in San Diego sold it and bought the Limited T Type with leatherI have now. Decided on a TCI TH400 for now and will pay the big bucks to get the 200 done this coming winter. Already over budget. I'm sure you know the drill. Your in good hands.
