Any codes? Do you have a scan tool?

If you have a scantool, what are the intake air temp, and the coolant temp readings? I'd say you could have a bad coolant temp. sensor or a broken wire to it. If it goes, your ecm will see it as (I think) -5 deg, and will dump alot of fuel. It won't be as noticeable when the engine is cold, but as it heats up, it will become more noticeable.

11.3@123mph on 195/75/14" whitewalls. Yes, 195s!
11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance.

If you don't have a scan tool, remove the wheels you just installed. I have a feeling the car doesn't like them and is having a fit. On the serious side---is your SE light flashing? Also, you will want to pick up a new O2 sensor (to install after you solve your problem), as your present one is going to foul if your running as rich as you say.

Glad you edited it. I was going to say replace the battery or alternator before doing anything.

IAC: At 00 that means the computer is telling it to not open...ever. I would say you either have the throttle plate open too much, or you have a vacuum leak somewhere. The IAC is supposed to open a little here and there to adjust your idle. With it not opening at all, the computer has no control over your idle.

i was watching my scanmaster again last night and noticed the af was 07-08 and the iac would build up from 0-8 than go back down to 0...all at idle

The ideal reading for IAC would be 20-30. At least that is what I have heard. With it that low, I would try looking for vacuum leaks before trying to adjust it. See if you have any cracked lines, or if you maybe have a leak in the fuel pressure regulator. If that is leaking, you not only will be losing vacuum, you will also be adding fuel. That would make it run real rich.
