Default about the TH 400

I have been reading about this can u tell me so more please. Cause my friend has a gs 430 n I get him everytime till I hit 4th then here he comes

Not enough info.
Don't shift to 4th.
The 400 is great to run on the faster cars, but it also takes more power to turn, and you lose OD.

11.3@123mph on 195/75/14" whitewalls. Yes, 195s!
11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance.
