Default Low Boost?

Jack, I just replaced my mufflers with muffler delete pipes and my boost dropped down to only about 13 psi. I tightened the waste gate rod to where I can barely reattach it and still only have about 14 psi. I removed the vacuum line from the waste gate actuator and it only came up to about 15 psi. I have checked my turbo, waste gate puck, manifolds, and the weld you did on the drivers side manifold and I can't find any exhaust leaking by before or at the turbo. Am I missing something? Is it possible that the waste gate actuator was failing and this aggravated it (or coincidental)?
Thanks in advance, Curt.

Hi Curt,

What turbo and DP do you have? How much boost did you have before replacing the muffs..

Jack, It looks like it is a bad turbo like you thought.
