well two issues. One is the pump has a diaphram made of a material called "Santoprene" The other choice is a material called "Geolast". Both of these materials are not rated for petroleum. As a matter of fact, the number one killer of these pumps in my experience, has been the use of some sort of petroleum mixed with the alcohol. The diaphram shrinks on the pump.. next thing happens is it develops a leak.

If the E-85 were to be done, I would use one of the newer EFI pumps.. like those on the 04 Cobra. The reservoir would need to be changed to a different type of material. Aside from those two, I cant see any other issue.
