Who was out on congamong lake ?

So ... we hit the lake today. Barbara the dog and I were anchored up.
I was floating aroud in the water when this Pontoon boat comes up with a guy wearing a Cotton's hat. I jokingly asked "Hey that thing got a turbo 6 in it ?" Anyways was a great way to escape the heat.

He had a build like Jack.
The dog on the pontoon boat was barking so much, was kind of hard to talk.
