Default Gumbo Cooks again...

Big shout out to "Gumbo" the chef... We pale in comparison to the talents of this great chef. Once again, he showed up yesterday and cooked us a meal fit for a Wall Street Robber!!!! For those that have been here when he cooks.... Seafood in a cup and Dirty Rice.... it was a fabulous meal... the likes of what us Po folks can only dream of having!! Thanks Bill, it is always a treat having you and Brian show up and prepare meals

Now that's when you know you are hanging with cooking greatness.
Gumbo, do you bring your own grill with you everywhere?

11.3@123mph on 195/75/14" whitewalls. Yes, 195s!
11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance.

I'm in the wrong business. To be able to do what you love, and eat like kings. I'm jealous!

Staying busy brother!!! No snow here yet, but we went to Postdam, NY for a hockey game yesterday, and we past snow banks ( yuk! ).

Soccer went really well thi season. We ended up in Oneonta, NY at the "Soccer Hall of Fame" for the "State Championships" last weekend. We were semi finalist, losing to the reigning State Champs.

Yesterday we started our indoor season on a good note with a 3-2 win. The team looks very sharp. I'll try to get some pics and post them next weekend. Miss you guys-----let's have a BBQ get together!
