The pic in the "my new wheels" thread shows the front fender that was just buffed. Lacquer is such a pain in the ***. I would never go through that much trouble if the whole car needed paint, but when trying to match factory on a single panel, I had no choice.

No, not dark brown. Have you heard anything on your cars progress?

I was a long shot...It really had to be dark dark brown. I haven't heard anything yet... I hope to see some pics up next week in the work in progress section. I think there was already a thread started there......

Here's the only pic of my car from the show. It's not the best, but the wheels still shine!

Sorry I was late on this one, but nice 62. It's right up my Alley! Brian, is that car still a 4 speed? I am still working on some things for my #2 car, and it's nice to see what they could do. Wish the 396 in my car lasted more than 50 miles before I put the valve train through the oil pump! Have another setup, and I think that the solid lifters won't break as easy. Also, Pat Musi has to do some sheet on the cylinder heads for the new engine. The 327 from car #1 ran ok at Englishtown a few weeks ago too. I actually twisted the axles so bad they are off I full spline, 17 spline stock!
