car smokes intermittantly

Wondering if anyone has had this issue.

I noticed it this week, when I have the car idleing it runs clean for a given amount of time and then all the sudden it pumps out black exhaust that stinks like fuel.

Car has straight thru exhaust.
Also set the fp at 38lbs line off.
