QA1 Shock Settings for 1/4 mile?

what settings do I use on my single adjustable QA1 shocks for the quarter mile?
I know the fronts need to be loose so 2 or 3 clicks from all the way in?
Rears should be firm so 9 or 10 clicks (out if 12 possible) from all the way out?

Anyone tried this or what?
