Any codes? Do you have a scan tool?

If you have a scantool, what are the intake air temp, and the coolant temp readings? I'd say you could have a bad coolant temp. sensor or a broken wire to it. If it goes, your ecm will see it as (I think) -5 deg, and will dump alot of fuel. It won't be as noticeable when the engine is cold, but as it heats up, it will become more noticeable.

If you don't have a scan tool, remove the wheels you just installed. I have a feeling the car doesn't like them and is having a fit. On the serious side---is your SE light flashing? Also, you will want to pick up a new O2 sensor (to install after you solve your problem), as your present one is going to foul if your running as rich as you say.
