The ideal reading for IAC would be 20-30. At least that is what I have heard. With it that low, I would try looking for vacuum leaks before trying to adjust it. See if you have any cracked lines, or if you maybe have a leak in the fuel pressure regulator. If that is leaking, you not only will be losing vacuum, you will also be adding fuel. That would make it run real rich.

11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance.
