Gee, maybe that explains why he was always acting like a moron. Although, he claims that he has taken 15 or so tests in the last several years and always passed. Maybe it'll work out to his advantage. You know how whenever a hacker breaks into a system, and gets caught after taking a place for millions they always get a job? Well maybe Manny can get a job if he just tells how he was able to pass those tests.
Even if he was clean up until this last test, he's still a Putz, with a capital 'P'.
