I got there a bit late, so not many people sampled my drumsticks, but I assure you they are good.
I got the recipe from my mother. Isn't that where some of the best ones come from?
I don't know the actual name, but here it is. Very simple, smells great in the kitchen and is real good.
5 pounds chicken wings or drumsticks
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1/2-3/4 cup vegetable oil
5-6 tbsp Molasses
1 tsp dry mustard
3 garlic cloves crushed
Combine ingredients
Marinate overnight
Bake for 1 hour covered with foil (I think around 350 deg)
Turn once
Uncover and broil for a couple of minutes to give it a dark color.
I use drumsticks and I peel the skin, but you don't have to. I usually buy the frozen drumsticks at Market Basket, and just take them out of the freezer the day before, but even marinating them when frozen works good too. Just marinate in the fridge.

11.3@123mph on 195/75/14" whitewalls. Yes, 195s!
11.2 on the big giant slicks. What's the point? Maybe I'll go back to the whitewalls. They are lighter and have less rolling resistance.
