I also had the manifolds, crossover and down pipe high temp coated. Here is a list of what I do know: ATR SS 3" down pipe; test pipe and exhaust; external waist gate; Adj fuel regulator; Stage 3A turbo (TA-49?) ; ATR SS inlet pipe; 5207009 injectors; Prompaq which holds 5 chips. The car came with the ATR pit bull, ATR strip chip and stock chip installed in the chip changer. I added a Duttweiler chip. I think the car needs larger injectors and a chip to match. Was the ATR stage 3A turbo a TA-49? Do you have any recommendations for injectors, chip and changes while the engine is still unassembled?

Thanks for your knowledge
Hi Tom, welcome.

I would recommend some Champion heads and a roller cam for sure, if you are planning on top end upgrades. Also, alky injection will give you the biggest bang for the buck. Not sure of the turbo, but that would be my guess as well. If you like the heads and cam idea, a turbo upgrade may also be in order. Definitely a new TT chip is needed. Now if heads and cam are not in the plans, alky would be the best bang for the buck.
