Ok, motor is back in, sealed tight except for the crack in the manifold at the coolant temp sensor. I try to start her up and get a "puff" of pressure from the exhaust and the motor bogs the starter...

Yeah I thought about that, i just hate to rip it back off after i resealed the shit out of it. on another note.... It being a tiny leak i still tried to get her to turn over, I do need a new battery...

I found my coolant leak.... where my coolant temp sensor screws into the intake, it is cracked straight through the sensor location hole on both sides. Looks like I will be getting a new intake...
