New XFI™ ECU With Intelligent Traction Control™One of the toughest challenges for drag racers is the loss of traction that comes from trying to put too much engine power to the ground with too little tire. For racers running an Electronic Fuel Injected (EFI) engine, the loss of performance & consistency due to tire spin has just become a problem of the past.

The new XFI™ Engine Control Unit with Intelligent Traction Control™ from FAST™ elevates aftermarket engine control to a whole new level. Utilizing state-of-the-art predictive software in conjunction with the most sophisticated electronics in the industry, the XFI™ system continually measures driveshaft speed to accurately determine when to reduce engine power and eliminate loss of traction due to wheel spin. Competing systems often make incorrect power adjustments as a result of measuring inaccurate traction indicators such as engine rpm, which is subject to spikes from clutch disengagement or torque converter slippage.

Like other XFI™controllers, this unit includes desirable standard features such as: four stage power adder control, trans-brake management, driveshaft and auxiliary shaft rpm inputs and multi-ignition compatibility. It's Qwik Tune™feature allows racers to pre-program four distinct tune-ups for specific track & weather conditions, and instantly switch between them without the use of a laptop computer. All of these features and more are tied together by the easiest to navigate software & tuning platform ever created.
