NEBRA BBQ is back for 2012
 

OK everyone out there in Buick land,
You still have your Buicks, right? Well, I still have a yard full of them, and I'd like to see more of them.
So, how about a BBQ. We missed the last two years, and almost ended up missing this one.
Lot's of things going on and we haven't been able to put one together.
I have an idea for one. The location will be different, but the idea will be pretty much the same.
Who's up for it?

Here is how we'll do it this year:
Arlene and I hold dances at a Moose Lodge in North Reading.
We are going to rent the hall for an entire day on the date of our next dance, which is November 17th.
We can hold the BBQ outside like we always do. Now being November, it will be a little colder than we are used to, but we can still have the car show, and we'll have the hall with tables and chairs and HEAT.
I'll have my dj equipment set up, so we can listen to music, and I also have a projector. We can run slide shows of everyone's Buicks, previous BBQs, heck we can even put up videos also, on a nice big screen.

I've already reserved the hall, and put the ball in motion. So who is interested?
I'll post more details soon, but just wanted to get this out there so that people have a little notice.

Dang it Brian!! It's about time, I'm up for it. I'll put the care package together with some nice give aways. BUT.... as you know, Lorrie and I celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary that day... so.... we'll have to see what we can work out. :)

Great show Brian, thanks for putting it together. Lorrie and I enjoyed seeing you and the wife, the boys bsing some of the old storyies was fun. I look forward to hooking up again... The Winter Bash is coming!!

We had a great time too. We always do when friends get together. I can't wait for the Winter bash, and then maybe we'll do another in the Spring. I can't wait to get back into the Buicks. It's been a long time. I may even take some time off of work to work on them. I have enough vacation saved up. I might as well use some.
