Looks like it hit a pole. So I'd guess it wasn't on the track.
It looks like the steering wheel is still good.

Pretty close Bri.. Sorry Dom, almost forgot ya... This car belonged to one of our good customer and friend named Willie from Buffaloe, NY. He's ok, but I assure you he got messed up pretty good. Likes to street race, it was a low 10 high 9 car that he lost control of at over 130mph. Hit an abutement, as you can see the cage stayed intact pretty much, it was cut on the pass. side to remove some stuff.. We got a call the next day from one of Willie friends thanking Brian for saving Willie's life. Beetween the cage and the belts, Willie is still here to drive again... He bought Gumbo's car a few months ago. That was the Cooks car we have pics of here from when we worked on that one..
