Does MAF sensor stay or go?

My Dad is Otis Wallace. He ordered a FAST from you before christmas. I did not know if mass air is programmed in or not? His car does not have a MAF sensor and mine does. Do I just remove it or leave it on there? I am running a translator with LS1 Maf.

HI Elroy,

Happy New Year to you and your Dad!!

Yes, remove the translater and sensor, make sure they are completely off the car. Install the FAST, give me a call when you are ready and I'll walk you through a few other before start up procedures. Load your disc up on your laptop and get it communicating, we will need to calibrate a few things.

i am missing the map adapter and the XFI to GN plug. there was an empty postal box in inside with the Fast box. Dad is going to check back with you to see if he paid for them already or not.
