Thinking of a Hogans sheet metal intake?Think again!Take a look...
Heres some pics of a Conleys sheet metal intake(on the left) sitting next to a Hogans sheet metal intake(on the right)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...1/DSC00431.jpg According to what ive read about custom intakes,you want plenum volume to be roughly 1/2 of the engine size(example 3.8 liter engine=1.9 liter plenum volume),the longer the runners the better for tq,and you want the injector location to be a few inches away from the valve for atomization. I was shocked when we set them side by side for the 1st time.I really thought Hogans were the "best" out there till I saw one in person,the welds and execution are VERY impressive but the design is not.
