BB 66 spool up

Just finished installed the turbonetics 66. With a 2800 12" it spools fast, it feels like my TE60. Thanks Jack!!!!

Nice, glad to hear. After reading the thread on TB.com about the blown up 67-76.... makes you wonder what was really going on there... I wanted to respond, but it just seemed unneccessary with his rambling and really making no sense..

2800 12" ?? You should try it with a 3000+ 9" non lockup. You start to forget what turbo lag is.
Yeah, I love my 66BB, although, right now it is setup with a stock D5 converter. Now I remember what turbo lag is. :(

Don’t think of it a turbo lag think of it as traction control.:)

That's what I had installed about 10 years ago. If I did change, I would still do a 2800 LU but a 9" or 10".

That's what I used to do all the time. Jack would tell me that with "this" upgrade I would have to do "that" or else I would have too much lag.
I like to run the white walls when I can, so I would usually say, something like, "Perfect!"
Once I upgraded to the BB tubo, the 9", and the roller cam, well there's just no hope for the skinnies any more. Poor things.
