All I can say is... WOW, what a video, that was fantastic. Brings chills to me. Buddy really shook the racing world with his performance. Imagine a 268ci motor against a 700 plus cubic inch monster in 1986!!!! He really was the man of the turbo Buick world!!!! Hats off to Buddy!!!

I love the way Bob Glidden says "the turbo just didn't have enough stuff" at the end. What about less than half the cubes?

Glidden and Ford were visably shaken from Buddy's performance during the mid 80's. So much so, that they regulated Buddy right out of Pro-Stock. Even today, we're not really understood by most racers-.
